While the bottom ranked undefeated (UCF) has a lower value for their wins than Notre Dame, Georgia, Penn State, Oklahoma, USC, Michigan, Ohio State, Michigan State, Clemson, Northwestern, and Iowa, none of those one or more loss teams have good enough wins to overcome the negative impact of their losses.
